2008 MASTERBUILD HOUSE OF THE YEAR AWARDS

 

At last years awards Today Homes received wins for six homes that were entered.

 

Some our clients modified our plans to suit their needs and requirements and to add their own personal touch to them, which is evident throughout.

 

Our Design and Build team designed the majority of the homes that received awards.

 

	In Category - Homes under $350,000- $450,000  The Georgeson Family received a Gold Award for their Family home in  Rolleston. This home included Alexandra Schist, linea and plaster which has created a contrasting but very complimentary overall look.
	In Category - New Homes $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 The Chamberlain Family received a Gold Award for their Family home in Rolleston. The rock plaster and riverstone exterior enable this home to blend artfully into its beautifully landscaped surroundings. The Brough family received a Silver Award for their home in Rolleston. This featured an english farmhouse design with cedar shingles and was embued with many features adding character to it overall appeal.
	In Category - New Homes under $250,000  The Smiths/Carlines received a Silver Award for their lovely home in Templeton which featured Austral limestone brick with an ironsand coloursteel roof. The Ferguson family received a Silver Award for their home in Mairehau. This home featured a galley style kitchen with dynamic colours and geometric wallpapers throughout. The Hamilton home received a Bronze award for a rockcote plaster home superbly finished with jet black aluminium joinery.
